Genesis Junior School

Jimmy Kidega Robinson founded Genesis Junior School, a Christian school in rural Padibe, in 2018 after he attended SBBC and studied at GWC in 2017. Today, the school has 55 pupils and 5 teachers. The area is very poor and the school has many needs, including more classrooms, a fence around the perimeter, a kitchen, and chairs for the classrooms.  At the beginning of 2020, with support from SBBC, the school was able to buy a large tank for the children to wash their hands in before meals. There are still about 500 children in the community who are eager to learn but whose parents have not been able to raise the money for the fees.
